This session explores smile design as a shared clinical language across prosthodontics, periodontology, and the wider restorative team. Emphasis is placed on prosthetically guided healing and on leveraging deliberate perio–prosthetic synergies to improve predictability, aesthetics, and long-term stability. Through real clinical workflows, the session highlights strategies for effective team communication, decision sequencing, and role clarity, ensuring efficiency without compromising biological principles. Particular attention is given to identifying and managing the clinical and logistical bottlenecks that commonly arise in multidisciplinary cases, transforming complexity into a structured and repeatable process
